Accept The Challenge
When faced with adversity, we can view it as a burden, a negative, or, as a challenge.
One of the guarantees of life is that there will be challenges. Even at times when you least expect it. As always, it is less about the challenges and more about how you respond to those challenges.
Interestingly, when you use the word challenge. It tends to put things in the right perspective. Instinctively, you know that a challenge is something that you have to respond to. Something that you have to overcome. All of which speaks to the importance of language. Seeing and categorizing something as a challenge, rather than a burden, or a curse. Minimises the negative and maximises the positive aspects of a particular situation.
In addition, this perspective ensures that we accept that it is our responsibility to save ourselves. As Dancehall Artist Popcaan, speaks about in his hit song, Friends Like These.

Everything Has A Cost.
When it comes down to it, get to choose which challenges we want to accept. We can either accept our current reality or, accept the challenge to create our ideal reality. (The latter, truly is how real living is done.) Anybody (and many, maybe most people) do accept life as it currently is. Deeming the cost of creating their ideal reality – too expensive.
However, everything comes with a cost. The cost of accepting our current reality and giving up on better, is settling for less. That is, settling for less from others and ourselves. Passion, meaning, hope and purpose, are just some of the things that settling for less – costs us.
On the other hand, endeavouring to manifest or create your ideal reality takes a lot of effort, perseverance and even failure. On top of all that, trying to create your ideal reality can really be lonely. Ultimately you are the one that has to pick yourself up and keep going until you eventually succeed. Creating something that is new or ideal takes a lot of time which requires a level of commitment that has to be authentic.

Commitment and values are a necessary foundation that make a life with purpose, meaning and passion, possible. There will always be challenges, outside negativity and naysayers. Which also means that we will always have opportunities to respond. The best way to respond to negativity and naysayers is probably to ignore them. As it makes no sense for you to spend your energy on negative energy. That is probably a waste of your time and energy.
However, every rule has its exception and there may be a time when it is worthwhile for you to address negativity head on with positivity. The only time this is worthwhile is if someone genuinely is unaware of their ignorance and has a history that indicates that a conversation might be productive.
For the most part though, your energy and focus is best spent on you accepting the challenge to create your ideal reality. Arguably, this is the true meaning and purpose of life itself. We all likely have different perspectives, truths and values. Some discussion and debate therefore is a great thing. As it allows for us all to see and learn more than we would be able to, by ourselves.
Keep It True And Do You.
However, the great part about life is we get to do more than talk. We get to do. Preaching and/or talking is cool but action is where the real fun happens. The best part about life is being able to live what you deem to be your best life. Only you are even capable of seeing life the exact way that you do. Which means your very life and the way you seek and desire to live it comes with its own inherent copyright protection. Which stems from the fact that everybody else, wants something else, something different from what you want.

All of which means that your challenges are your own. Likewise what the next person deems a challenge, is unique to that person too. Put a different way, your challenges are anything but random. On the contrary, each and every single challenge that you face is a personal opportunity for progress, that is unique to you. Intimately tied up with who you are as a human being. Moreover, the only way to get over or past a challenge, is to overcome it. You, being the you that you are means that you will (almost) always want to overcome every challenge/obstacle in your life that blocks your path to an ideal outcome or reality.
Therefore, for the sake of your own peace and sanity. The best thing you can do is resolve/commit to overcoming as many challenges as you possibly can. This may sound like hard work but actually, it is the pathway to you living your best life. Every single challenge in your life has the power to make your life better. You deserve better. You deserve to live your best life.
