The Songs Bad Bunny Should Perform At The SuperBowl Young Black Girl Holds Up American Football.

The Songs Bad Bunny Should Perform At The SuperBowl

In October 2025, Bad Bunny is the epitome of success. The world has gotten the memo and heard the news that Bad Bunny will be performing at the SuperBowl.

This obviously is a huge deal. It is a major win for Puerto Ricans, Puerto Rico, Latin and Caribbean people to say the least. This is because it (social) proof, of the relevance and significance of all of the above.

For however long Bad Bunny’s performance lasts, the entire world will be watching. However, in order for Bad Bunny to make the most of this unique opportunity, his performance has to be as good as possible. Why you may ask? Well, to ensure that unique opportunities like this, continue to keep coming along.

With all of this being said, it’s probably a great idea for us all to take a look at which songs would help ensure that Bad Bunny scores a Touchdown at the SuperBowl with his performance.

Bad Bunny’s Insane Catalogue.

Having just looked at the huge task, of performing at the SuperBowl, that is in front of Bad Bunny. It is easy to feel a little overwhelmed until you take the next logical step. That is, you have a look at Bad Bunny’s catalogue. When you do so, you go from being slightly overwhelmed, to confident and excited.

The truth is, Jay-Z, as discussed here by Stephen A. Smith, definitely made the right call in selecting Bad Bunny to perform at the SuperBowl. Benito is perhaps the number one selling artist in the world. Who, importantly, has a catalogue and resume as a live performer that more than justifies Jay-Z’s decision. As a matter of fact, that Benito was able to successfully complete his Residency in PR of live performances. Is perhaps the final proof needed, to show that Bad Bunny deserved to be performing at the SuperBowl.

The SuperBowl As Destiny.

In comparison, Bad Bunny may actually find the SuperBowl, on some levels to be easier because his performance at the SuperBowl is likely to last no more than thirty minutes. Meanwhile his performances at his residency in PR tended to be a 3 hour, 30 song long Marathon.

Put a different way, Bad Bunny can expect to experience more eyeballs on him for a lesser amount of time. Which frees Bad Bunny up from having to deliver as much. Instead allowing him to focus on the message and feeling he wants share with the world for the limited time that he has.

Let’s Talk Bad Bunny, SuperBowl Goals.

The SuperBowl is obviously mainly, a sporting event – the final game of the NFL season – to be more exact. Fans in attendance, primarily want to be entertained. In addition, some of the main themes when it comes to sports, are competition, winning and arguably, the emotions that help us go from competitor to winner. Moreover, as mentioned in a previous article, the main job of music, is to make people feel good.

With all of that being said, some SuperBowl goals for Bad Bunny will probably be to: inspire/motivate, entertain, to represent Puerto Rico well and lastly help people have a night they never forget. To elaborate on those last parts, the SuperBowl will definitely be a success if Bad Bunny can inspire folks to party Puerto Rican style, with him, in a way they always treasure and never forget.

That is the true definition of a win/win situation where Bad Bunny can stay true and successful in all senses of those words. All of this really is the true challenge that lies in front of Bad Bunny right now and it probably is what has Benito feeling extremely happy right now. Challenges are an inextricable part of life. The irony that comes with this reality though is that life can lose its taste or thrill, when we learn to master all the usual challenges.

The Superbowl however, definitely counts as a new challenge and (somewhat) new territory for Bad Bunny because Benito has been here before. Moreover, to really clarify on what Bad Bunny ideally needs to achieve is, his messaging needs to be so well aimed that it simultaneously resonates with everybody that watches it. That is, Puerto Ricans, Americans, NFL fans, Music fans and  basically everybody tuning in from all around the world. To unpack this all further, Bad Bunny needs to strike the perfect balance between putting on for Puerto Rico and his humanity.

Traditionally speaking, Americans have always loved the underdog. Coming from Puerto Rico, the developing world, the Caribbean definitely fits the underdog label. Therefore, the struggle, according to Bad Bunny is something that should definitely feature in Bad Bunny’s SuperBowl performance.

Lastly, Bad Bunny needs to get the balance right between using the SuperBowl platform to spread a message and ensuring people have an unforgettable time. Put a different and more candid way. It definitely seems like a lot of American and Non American people, all around the globe, really need to release their pent up energy with an epic party i.e. turn up! Addressing this major need of the masses, would be a huge win for Bad Bunny’s already, exceptional legacy.

With all of that being said. Below we discuss some of the songs that naturally have the ability to help Bad Bunny achieve the aims mentioned above.

The article ends with the songs most able to help Bad Bunny score a touchdown at the SuperBowl. (Please note, Bad Bunny is likely to perform certain handpicked songs from his latest album DTMF) None of those songs are included here.

These Bad Bunny Songs Would SLAY, At The SuperBowl!!!!

Trellas is a slow paced Pop Rock tune. With all the talk of Bad Bunny being from Puerto Rico, as well as his latest album, Debi Tirar Mas Fotos being so Salsa and Reggaeton influenced. It would be a really interesting curve ball for Bad Bunny to perform this song at the SuperBowl. The common ground shared here (Rock Music) would be really interesting to watch. Moreover, music has been proven to be a language of its own!!!! With human beings being capable of feeling what a person is saying even if it is being done in another language.

We definitely contend that the so called language barrier will be inconsequential at the SuperBowl. As Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee and Reggaeton as a whole have already emphatically proved, good music transcends borders and language barriers because music is a universal language.

Bad Bunny could mess around and show the world his Rock music side. This side would obviously have the potential to connect with Americans in a way that they might find surprising. Rock music is obviously really popular with Americans. Moreover, the main theme of the song, having loved and lost and never knowing if the old love flame, or a new one to replace it, will ever be found, is highly relatable.

In addition, although the emotions contained in the song need no interpretion. It would be really interesting to see if the song and they way it was performed would be such that SuperBowl attendees understand the main theme of the song. (They probably will and how the so-called “language barrier” plays out, makes Bad Bunny performing Trellas at the SuperBowl, highly interesting).

Furthermore, tackling the topic of lost love once again would achieve the aim of touching most everybody. Having everbody in their feelings and emotional, is definitely the way to go for the SuperBowl. Once people are in their feelings, people have the power to do what they want with those feelings. Which is exactly the type of territory Bad Bunny should aim to occupy this SuperBowl.

Mia

Perhaps one of the most controversial considerations that Bad Bunny has on his plate right now is whether or not to invite Drake to perform Mia. Undoubtedly, that collaboration is one of the most memorable ever for Bad Bunny’s global, non Puerto Rican fan base.

Controversy sparks news, grabs attention and makes people focus. Drake definitely has a chip on his shoulder following his Rap Beef with Kendrick Lamar. Which means Drake is probably more motivated than ever, to make a memorable SuperBowl performance.

Bad Bunny has time and again shown that loyalty, particularly to Puerto Rico, is a big part of his brand. Moreover, Bad Bunny recently expressed that it was a shame Drake was unable to make an appearance at his residency in Puerto Rico. The Million Dollar question now is: does Bad Bunny value a reunion enough to organize one during his SuperBowl performance???!!!

I Like It Like That

Seems like a no brainer to be honest. Arguably this song has the most sway in the American market.  Cardi B’s latest album is out and it has received great reviews. The song also features J. Balvin and is a blend of Hip Hop and Latin sounds that basically makes it a lock, to please everybody. If there is one song that non Spanish speakers can definittely engage with and feel included, it’s this song. However, the beauty of this song is, there are plenty of Spanish lyrics to go around. So Latin and Spanish speaking people have zero reason, to feel excluded either.

This track combines Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J. Balvin’s talents. That is, the Domican Republic, Puerto Rico, Columbia and America being represented simultaneously on the SuperBowl stage. Which clearly would make for an epic moment in Latin history and culture. The only potential question mark is the fact that Cardi B is pregnant. Cardi B permitting, this track makes a lot of sense at the SuperBowl.

No Me Conoce Remix

Is a song about a woman that acts like she is a stranger, who nevertheless is a lover. Appearance starkly contrasting reality. A very human ordeal indeed. Nevertheless, this song is included here because it is way more than a relatable story, of a common occurence in life.

It also happens to be one of the most Fire Reggaeton songs ever made. With the likes of Bad Bunny, Jhay Cortez and J. Balvin each taking turns doing an exceptional job of bring this naughty secret, to the light.

What stands out about this song is how the woman that Bad Bunny, Jhay Cortez and J. Balvin is all speaking about is low key famous and legendary because she is a woman that almost all men have met. This is because she is a woman that lives within many, if less than most women. Right or wrong, who is to say? What can be said is that this is sexy Reggaeton or, if you will, sexy reality. A sexy reality that would do very well, if recounted at the SuperBowl.

Titi Me Pregunto (Please note all songs written in Bold are songs we feel should definitely be performed at the SuperBowl).

This song is perfect for those who want to turn up. Who could care less about thinking and instead prefer to party and have a good time at the SuperBowl. For all the fans and those viewing the SuperBowl around the world, the SuperBowl is about enjoyment.

Everyone in attendance at the SuperBowl has the right to feel like a V.I.P. because they are the select few who could do so. So they are likely to vibe with the V.I.P. chants that this song includes and they may even join in!!!

Lastly, the way the song goes from a steady to uptempo pace, should bode well for Bad Bunny and those listening too. That wild, could care less energy contained in this song is what the world needs badly!!!!

Me Porto Bonito

One thing about Reggaeton and thing Reggaeton definitely stands for, is sexy. Sex sells. Americans know this first, second and third hand. So to, does much of the rest of the world. After all, sex is how all of us got here.

Moreover, it would be somewhat of a letdown if Bad Bunny omitted to bring sexy back like Justin Timberlake in his hey, but, Reggaeton style. Admittedly, Bad Bunny has his fair share of sexy Reggaeton songs to choose from. However, amongst those songs none are quite like Porto Bonito. Where the pursuer avows their desire to risk it all, just to secure the love of their only love target. Chasers want to chase and the chased, (who want to be chased,) should get what they want. Me Porto Bonito, would help ensure that the SuperBowl, saw some sexy time. (Perhaps the perfect distraction and tension releaser before the NFL SuperBowl Finals begins).

Cuando Periabas

This tune is so funky and yet smooth. The music is so powerful that it communicates unambiguously to all that hear it. When this song comes on it is time to party and have fun. Exactly the kind of remedy that the world is in earnest need for.

Undoubtedly a pure Reggaeton song. Cuando Perriabas, is a direct invitation to the world to party Puerto Rican style!!! An invitation that Bad Bunny as PR (Puerto Rico’s) representative, has to be made.

It would definitely be impossible for Bad Bunny to fumble this invitation. For this reason Cuando Perriabas definitely deserves SuperBowl consideration.

La Dificil

Will argue that La Dificil is a song that Bad Bunny should consider performing at the SuperBowl.

The main reason is, we can all relate to adversity. La Dificil is basically about Bad Bunny singing about the challenges that comes with dealing with an attractive, highly desirable woman who is reluctant to love again. Singing about struggle, adversity, enables Bad Bunny to tick the box of reaching everybody at once (the fans, the players etc). Importantly though, because the song is Reggaeton, it still has that bounce and makes you want to dance. So the song is able to broach a serious topic without feeling too heavy.

Party Featuring Rauw Alejandro

As already mentioned in 2025, we all need to Party. For this reason alone Party by Bad Bunny deserves huge consideration for being performed at the SuperBowl. Secondly, Bad Bunny plus Rauw Alejandro together at the SuperBowl would be both great eye candy for the ladies etc WorldWide. Moreover, it would also be a great way for Puerto Rican pride to be promoted. Seeing two of Puerto Rico’s most handsome and brightest stars sharing the SuperBowl spotlight together is liable to cause a lot of Puerto Ricans to be in an absolute daze for a week straight!!!!

Will leave it there, instead of belaboring the (obvious) point.

Maldita Pobreza

America is definitely going through some trying times. Americans in America and Puerto Rico (Puerto Ricans most definitely) can attest to this. For these reasons Maldita Pobreza truly deserves strong consideration by Bad Bunny for inclusion in his SuperBowl performance. As the main theme of the song is the internal struggle that comes from having someone that truly loves you for you – that then makes you want to give them the world. If only you could afford to.

In addition to all this, the Rock vibes that this songs brings to the table will be an eye-opener for those that never knew Bad Bunny had this song in his catalogue. This song has the advantage of spreaking to so many, thematically and musically that it definitely deserves to be seen by the masses. Lastly, it shows an important side to Bad Bunny, that many of Bad Bunny’s own detractors either forget or never knew existed.

Yo Visto Así

I Dress Like This – is a self love, empowering, message of freedom that the world could do with hearing at the SuperBowl. Arguably, being told what to do, micro managed, suffocated, is the worst part of adulting.

Maybe, just maybe the miserable among us are miserable because of trying to please others at the expense of us doing what we truly want. The people in physical attendance at the SuperBowl are, by and large, affluent.

Nevertheless, those of us unable to physically attend the SuperBowl, for whatever reason. Also could likely benefit from Bad Bunny affirming his right to dress however he wants to, in front of the whole world because, we all want the right to dress how we want. Or at least, we appreciate being told that we have the right to dress how we want. With the power of social media and the influence of fashion being so high in the American market. It makes a lot of sense that Bad Bunny’s message in Yo Visto Así will resonate well because all human beings like being able to do, what we want to.

Again the Rock influences in this song, will likely go over well. Finally, Bad Bunny could do a live version of the Yo Visto Así video and have handpicked celebrities, show off their fashion styles like e.g. Kehlani. This would be a great way for Bad Bunny to inject additonal starpower into his SuperBowl performance and share an epic moment, with whoever he wanted to.

Tu No Metes Cabra

Bad Bunny has earned the right to talk his ish – a Million times over.
One of the balances that Bad Bunny has to get right though, is the balance between using arguably the biggest stage on earth to spread his message and the need to make the people of the world feel good. One is insufficient and Bad Bunny definitely has to do both. Nevertheless, some bragging, some, I told you so, some, I am vindicated, is necessary and Tu No Metes Cabra is the best way to do it!!!

Moroever, these is even a Donald Trump shoutout in the song that perhaps, it would be a bad idea to waste.

Dákiti

Is a top tier sexy reggaeton banger. The song is about seducing a beautiful woman, promising her a good time, loyalty without excessive commitment. It’s a party friendly, uptempo, fast lifestyle, feel good whilst living the good life type of song. The exact song that may well mirror what life should feel like for those in attendance at the SuperBowl. This song may well be the Puerto Rican take, on the American Dream or, if you will, the Puerto Rican Dream. For this reason, Dákiti is on the top tier, priority list of songs, that Bad Bunny should consider performing at the SuperBowl.

Booker T

Has to be considered for performing at the SuperBowl because of the parallels the song has between Booker T (arguably the greatest professional wrestler of all time) and it being the NFL Finals. The NFL players will likely relate to Bad Bunny’s estoy en mi peak lyrics.

Which simultaneously allow Bad Bunny to rightfully talk his ish as Headliner of the SuperBowl half time performance. Especially since, Bad Bunny’s lyrics of being in his peak, ring even more true than when they were first written!!!! That’s a hard feat to pull off, but pull it off is exactly what Bad Bunny has done.

Lastly, Bad Bunny delivery on this song is more Hip Hop than anything else. Letting fans get a chance to connect with his rapping style and flow is a great way for Bad Bunny to market his exceptional versatility and thereby distance himself from all previous SuperBowl performers.

Chambea

Like Booker T, Chambea pulls from and shows, Bad Bunny’s affinity with the world of wrestling. Which, relates to the World of Professional Sports and the NFL. A huge talking point of Bad Bunny being at the SuperBowl has been who will Bad Bunny opt to include in his SuperBowl performance.

However, some may forget to consider Rick Flair. Rick Flair at the SuperBowl, if he’s up to it, may well be the perfect bridge between Puerto Rico and America. However, that so much of Bad Bunny’s catologue is organically suited to the SuperBowl speaks to the shared humanity that is capable of uniting us all if we decide to allow it to. Hopefully those seeking to divide us for the SuperBowl will emphatically lose.

Callaíta

If it is a man’s world, it would mean nothing without Callaíta. The story of the good girl, that like Rihanna, eventually goes bad. As mentioned above, Reggaeton is sexy, Reggaeton is often about women. In Callaíta, women take center stage. Honoring women and giving women a chance to release some of the tension that comes from being a good girl that the world has turned or is trying to turn bad. Os a good look for Benito.

Especially because low key, men can relate to that pain on an empathic and personal level because in this world, good guys suffer too and are even expected to finish last by some. Finally, to Bad Bunny’s and Reggaeton’s credit, this theme of pain is addressed but never submitted to. The underlying vibes are still Party which is both great for performing at the SuperBowl and speaks to the resilience of the Human Spirit. The song acknowledges that yes pain exists. However, as the song confirms, so does the beach, alcohol and partying!!!!!!!!!!!

P Fkn R

Puerto Rico has given the US and the World at large, its fair share of top tier Rappers. Which includes the likes of Big Pun, Fat Joe and to fast forward to today, Bia. Given Puerto Rico’s Hip Hop legacy, which also parallels its Reggaeton legacy (Reggaeton is influenced by Hip Hop, amongst other things). It makes a lot of sense for Bad Bunny’s rapping skills to show out, at the SuperBowl. Arguably though, the most perfect song to do this with, is P Fkn R for several reasons.

First that song is straight street and enables Bad Bunny to express a Hip Hop and street side that definitely exists. Moreover, the struggle of Puerto Ricans, is something that (some) Americans can relate to.

Arguably  Bad Bunny’s job is to bring this commonality of struggle and succeeding against all odds, as a theme, that resurfaces at the SuperBowl. Connecting fans, players, Americans, Puerto Ricans and the rest of World watching, as the gritty, toughness of the song fires people up and gets everyone in the mood for competition.

Caro

Caro means expensive and the song is about having a standard, a way of doing things that is top tier and non negotiable. Which makes Bad Bunny stand out and looked at as different. However, Bad Bunny issue is, he is just being himself, living his life and his truth.

Given that his fame and success has just reached new heights because of his SuperBowl selection. It makes a whole of sense for Bad Bunny to perform Caro because this song speaks to the liberties that Bad Bunny holds dear and also speaks to how he handles fame and his experience with Superstardom.

The song also serves as advice and inspiration for all those who have dreams so big that fame comes with the territory of realising those dreams. (NFL players included).

Estamos Bien

Satisfaction. After working as hard as you can to achieve your dreams and getting to see those dreams come to life. Is what Estamos Bien is about. Moreover, having everyone around you be okay too, is what this song is also about. The song is a laid back, lazy, content, feel good happy song. Sung by one who has maybe just woken up, but feels happy enough to want to sing about it, but is still too tired to exert themselves fully, whilst doing so.

However, the lighthearted, postive, we made it, energy of this song, is something that the world definitely needs to share in.

El Apagón (The Blackout).

One thing about Bad Bunny is, he is going to shout out Puerto Rico aka P Fkn R!!!!! However, this track may well wear the crown for being Bad Bunny’s best ever shoutout of Puerto Rico by song. The track bleeds authenticity from start to finish. The very title of the song (blackout) speaks to the harsh reality of living in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean in general.

This realness and authenticity automatically strikes a chord with the wider Caribbean outside of Puerto Rico that can relate to having blackouts. To be fair, this aspect of the song likely resonates further than even the Caribbean. That is, everywhere around the World that experiences blackouts.

Asides from this one point though, Bad Bunny basically captures Puerto Rico, the pride of Puerto Ricans and the struggle. Putting all of it in El Apagón (a song) that Puerto Ricans can have and use to express these feelings whenever they wish, is a huge deal for Puerto Ricans.

For this reason and more, the song is extremely significant and it feels like the song has a potent and vibrant life of its own.

Solo De Mí

Solo De Mi Is a Self Love song. That affirms ones right to autonomy. Songs like this remind us that we have a choice as to whether we want a relationship that requires us to give up our autonomy or one that allows us to still keep our autonomy too. The fact that many people demand the most from their significant other, can cause us all to forget that whatever we give up to be in a romantic relationship is optional – a choice.

Bad Bunny affirming his right to be loyal to himself before anyone else and then seemingly acting this out within the song. Is an immensely powerful display that could really do the world some good.

The clearer we are about what we all really want, the better it is for all of us. Furthermore, Bad Bunny’s habit of using a song to take us from an initial point a, to an eventual point b, is signature Bad Bunny!!!! The way Bad Bunny does this on Sole De Mí is a unique talent of Bad Bunny’s that folks at the SuperBowl will definitely appreciate!!!!

Ojitos Lindos

As much as sex sells and we all want to party, at least most and maybe all of us, need love. Ojitos Lindos, is a beautiful love song that contains both masculine and feminine echoes of love.

Bad Bunny using the SuperBowl stage to speak to our higher selves and address our need for love is precisely, how his SuperBowl performance, becomes unforgettable. Couples will be at the SuperBowl and watching it from their homes. Bad Bunny letting lovers and the romantics among us have their moment, is a great way to ensure his music resonates with those watching. Lastly, with so many wars in the world. Letting love have its moment at the SuperBowl, is an absolutely great idea.
